Storm Prep & Recovery
YOUR HOME team will prepare your home by installing or activating your hurricane shutters, bringing in all outdoor furniture, checking all windows and doors, and securing all other potential projectiles.

As soon as the storm has safely passed, we will perform an initial inspection of your home and provide a report for your peace of mind.

We will return to perform a more substantive check for obvious damages and submit a comprehensive report and pictures. At this point, we will begin taking steps to mitigate further damage.

YOUR HOME will work diligently to restore your home to its original condition before the storm. We will coordinate contractor/vendor visits, manage, and document repair projects, and keep you apprised along the way.
Arrival & Departure Prep

Our team will conduct pre-arrival cleaning services, outdoor furniture set, lanai cleaning, setting your AC and pool to your desired temperatures, and even shopping and stocking the pantry.
